Teach Zarco how your business works.
Give Zarco your products, pricing and ways of working. Your assistant and Specialist agents use that shared context to prepare work that fits your business.
See how knowledge shapes the workWhat you give Zarco
Your team adds company pages and reference material in the console. Start with the answers people need to do the work well.
- Products and approved pricing
Your catalogue, packages, rate cards and discount boundaries.
A quote draws from the approved offer, rather than making up a price or promise.
- Sales methodology
Your MEDDIC qualification questions and the evidence you expect.
A missing economic buyer becomes a question to resolve, not a fact to assume.
- Renewal engagement
Start engagement 60 days before expiry; agree your escalation points.
A customer 58 days from renewal with no quote becomes work for the account owner.
- Ownership and handovers
Who owns the customer, who approves exceptions and what a good handover contains.
Prepared work has a responsible person and the context they need to pick it up.
- Brand and communication
Your quote template, tone of voice, service descriptions and customer-facing terms.
The customer receives work that looks and sounds like your company.
- Working boundaries
When to hold contact, how to handle complaints and who should be consulted.
Zarco can recommend a check or an internal conversation before outreach. Action permissions are configured separately.
Shared knowledge.
Kept by your team.
You know the business. Zarco gives that knowledge a place in the work, with a clear distinction between a draft and the information your agents should use.
Add your context
Write company pages and add the relevant rate cards, product information and templates. We help configure this during implementation.
Review and publish
Have the right person check the information before publishing it for shared use. Keep proposed changes in draft until they are ready.
Keep it current
Give pricing, policies and product information clear owners. Update the published context when your business changes.
From your policy to a useful next step.
Your assistant and Specialist agents draw on the relevant published knowledge alongside customer records. Here’s what that can mean for a renewal.
- Your renewal policy
Start 60 days before expiry.
Your team defines when engagement begins and who owns the conversation.
- The customer record
58 days left. No quote recorded.
Renewal Watch surfaces the gap so the account owner knows what needs attention.
- The prepared work
Your pricing. Your terms. Your brand.
A draft quote uses the approved offer and template, ready for your team to review.

Before you start.
What belongs in company knowledge?
The stable context your team repeatedly uses: products, pricing and discount rules, customer-facing templates, policies, ownership and ways of working.
Can a draft rule affect prepared work?
Not in this example. Published knowledge is the trusted source; drafts remain visibly separate until someone reviews and publishes them.
Does this replace every company document?
No. Start with the knowledge that materially changes commercial work. Other records can remain in their existing systems and be connected where appropriate.
Can we bring our sales methodology?
Yes. Supply your qualification framework, such as MEDDIC, and agree the questions and evidence to check during setup. Missing information remains a question to resolve, not an assumed score.
Does a written rule grant an agent permission?
No. A page saying when to contact a customer does not itself authorise sending. Connected-app access, action permissions and applicable approval policies still govern what can run.
Bring your working context into the room.
We’ll show you how Zarco could fit your sources, rules and approval boundaries.
